Are the products mass-produced?
No. Our creations are made in limited quantities using traditional techniques. This ensures each piece retains its individuality, cultural value, and artisanal quality.
Can I place a custom order?

How should I care for my artwork or handcrafted product?

Are the colors in the product images accurate?

Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?
If the product is listed as one-of-a-kind, you will receive the exact piece shown. For made-to-order or batch-created items, the piece will be recreated in the same style and palette, with natural variations.
Can I request size or color modifications?
Yes, for select products we offer size or color customization. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility and timelines.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 8–10 working days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may take 1 to 1.5 months to create and ship. Detailed timelines are shared in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How will my artwork be packaged?
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile or artwork pieces are securely packed using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We’ll assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our policy.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has been prepared or a custom piece has entered production, cancellations are not possible.
Are custom or personalized orders refundable?
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Do you offer gift packaging or messages?
